Responsibilities:
Manage the production and economic activities of a construction site using internal human resources, equipment, and subcontractors.
Ensure the fulfillment of production targets for commissioning facilities on schedule and executing construction, installation, and commissioning work according to all quantitative and qualitative indicators, in compliance with work execution plans.
Organize construction and installation work for monolithic structures and precast reinforced concrete according to design documentation, building codes, and regulations.
Ensure the technological sequence of construction and installation work on the site is followed.
Prepare requests for construction machinery, transport, mechanization means, materials, structures, components, tools, and equipment, and ensure their efficient use.
Maintain records of work performed.
Participate in the handover of completed facilities to clients, including individual stages and work packages for commissioned facilities.
Prepare work fronts for subcontractor (specialized) organizations and participate in the acceptance of work completed by them.
Provide on-the-job safety briefings to workers.
Organize on-site warehousing and the security of material assets.
Monitor workplace safety conditions and take measures to eliminate identified deficiencies, violations of industrial sanitation rules, and ensure workers’ compliance with labor protection instructions.
Ensure employees adhere to production and labor discipline.
Qualification Requirements:
Higher professional (technical) education and a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction in engineering roles, OR secondary professional (technical) education and a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction in engineering roles.
At least 3 years of specialized work experience in the field.
